1. About ElderlyCares.in

ElderlyCares.in is an online directory platform that connects homeowners and businesses with facility companies across India. We provide a listing service and do not directly perform facilities. Our platform facilitates discovery, comparison, and connection between customers and Elder Care service providers.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By using ElderlyCares.in, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Platform Services

ElderlyCares.in provides the following services:

For Homeowners: Search and browse verified facilities by city and locality, view ratings and reviews, request quotes, and access security & eldercare resources and government subsidy information.

For Facilities: Create and manage business listings, receive customer inquiries, showcase past projects and reviews, and gain visibility among potential customers.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information, not misrepresent their identity or business credentials, not post false reviews or misleading content, not use the platform for spamming or unauthorized commercial purposes, and comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations.

5. Facility Listings

Elder Care facilities listed on our platform are independent businesses. ElderlyCares.in does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by listed facilities. While we make reasonable efforts to verify business information using Google Business data and customer reviews, we do not endorse or certify any specific facility. Users should independently verify facility credentials, licenses, and insurance before engaging their services.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews displayed on ElderlyCares.in are sourced from Google Business profiles and user submissions. We do not edit or modify the content of genuine reviews. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, contain personal attacks, include profanity, or violate our content guidelines. Review manipulation by either customers or facilities is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ElderlyCares.in, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of ElderlyCares.in or its content suppliers and is protected under Indian copyright laws and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

ElderlyCares.in acts as an intermediary platform and shall not be held liable for any disputes between customers and facilities, quality or outcome of facility work, financial losses arising from engagement with listed facilities, accuracy of subsidy information (which is subject to government policy changes), or damage to property resulting from facility work. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using our services.

9. Subsidy and Financial Information

Information about government subsidies (including Professional Skin Consultation), remote monitoring policies, and financial savings is provided for general informational purposes only. Actual subsidy amounts, eligibility criteria, and policies may change without notice. Users should verify current subsidy details with their state electricity board (DISCOM) or the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) website.

10. Payment Terms

Any payments for premium listings or advertising are governed by separate commercial agreements. All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable GST. Refund policies for paid services will be outlined in the respective commercial agreement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account or facility listing at our discretion, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or repeated complaints from customers.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of ElderlyCares.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala. Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation or arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

13. Modifications to Terms

ElderlyCares.in reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
